As a Business Enterprise Architect, you integrate business and IT perspectives to shape Enterprise Architecture. You assess the current state, identify challenges, align architecture with company strategy for future goals, and contribute to global IT initiatives across domains. You will participate in global IT programs and project initiatives across various domains.
Alongside working in international projects, you and your team will design and maintain a uniform working method, prepare PIAs/PSAs, prioritize and evaluate relevant improvements, and ensure the realization of architectural benefits. This includes researching innovative technologies and innovations, best practices, and external developments. Furthermore, you will improve and maintain the organization’s operating model together with the process designers.
You will ensure coherence, collaboration, and alignment between Business and IT/Operations to support strategic (technological direction decisions), tactical (demand management), and operational (execution and implementation) decisions.

Atradius is a global provider of credit insurance, bond and surety, collections and information services, with a strategic presence on every continent (160 offices in 52 countries). The products offered by Atradius protect companies around the world against the default risks associated with selling goods and services on credit. Atradius is a member of Grupo Catalana Occidente (GCO.MC), one of the largest insurers in Spain and one of the largest credit insurers in the world.
The origins of what is now Atradius go back to 1925, when the Dutch Credit Insurance Company (NCM) was founded in the Netherlands with the aim of improving trade for companies in the Netherlands after the First World War. Not long afterwards, in 1932, NCM signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Finance for the reinsurance of export credits. This relationship still exists. Through its subsidiary Atradius Dutch State Business, Atradius carries out the export credit facility for the Dutch State.
What followed was the establishment of international companies through which it has grown to one of the largest credit insurers worldwide, a trusted provider of trade credit insurance, sureties and guarantees, and debt collection services in more than 50 countries around the world.
BUSINESS ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE WITHIN ATRADIUS
Business enterprise architecture is part of the Project & Process Unit (PPU), which prioritizes transformations and changes. PPU provides control, visibility, and transparency across business changes, aiding informed decisions and optimizing value as per Atradius’ strategy.
PPU consists of four teams, including Process Design & Business Enterprise Architecture. This team collaborates across all departments and functions at Atradius, playing a key role in supporting strategic priorities and meeting customer needs. However, their function is not yet fully recognized by the business, presenting an important challenge the team is ready and eager to address.

The employment relation starts with a definite contract, with the intention to convert into an indefinite contract after one year. The probationary period is 2 months.
Based on the CV selection, candidates will be invited for an exploratory interview with the undersigned. Following this, if it is mutually decided to proceed, you may be invited for an interview with the Manager of Process Design & Business Enterprise Architecture, as well as a relevant business stakeholder. Should the outcome of this interview be favourable, a subsequent interview will occur with the Head of PPU and the HR business partner. If the process continues positively, two references will be verified, and a safety investigation (VOG statement) will be carried out. Upon successfully passing these steps, you will have a final interview and discuss employment conditions with the HR business partner.
